All-Bracy Selections: 7-9th Grade Bracy Skills Combine

Over the weekend we hosted another Skills Combine which featured grades 7-9th. After hosting all high school combines the past two months, it felt good to put on an event for these particular grades as there are a lot potential in these age groups. The combine was very competitive, and everyone gave their best efforts but these five players stood out the most at the combine.

1. Silas Hightower (2028) - Hogan Middle School

After playing up at the high school combine and making the All-Bracy team last week, Silas followed up with more solid play at this combine. He showcased his improved ability to handle the ball, as well as run the floor. Expect his name to be seen a lot more over the next couple years.

2. Joenathan Jones (2028) - Hogan Middle School

Joenathan is starting to put all of the skills together into live gameplay and it is paying off for him. He’s playing off two feet better, utilizing pump fakes, and is also developing a nice 3-Point Shot. He’s another prospect to keep an eye on over the next couple of years.

3. Miles Melo (2027) - Vanden HS

Miles shot the ball really well at the combine and also has a high basketball IQ. His ability to shoot will give him a chance to develop into a solid player.

4. Elijah Marks (2027) - Rodriguez HS

Energetic guard that is athletic for his size and has a solid pull-up game. He has the capabilities to be a good two-way guard. Elijah is a solid young prospect that will make his presence felt at Rodriguez.

5. Ronbie Rhymes (2027) - American Canyon HS

Ronbie was the most athletic prospect at the combine. He has a long wingspan for a guard, he jumps well, has a nice shot, and plays with high energy. With more development and exposure to high level competition, he can end up being a prospect that is known around the area for the 2027 class.
